Donation Opportunities
Monetary – Your business can choose to contribute at any time to help Destiny Changers provide transformative services to the homeless. As a 501c3 organization, please consult your tax advisor regarding potential tax benefits.
Payroll Deduction
Contributing through payroll deductions is a fantastic way to support the charities that matter to you. You can contribute small amounts from each paycheck, which accumulate to create a significant impact for worthy causes. Your donations are automatically taken from each paycheck. It's simple, effective, and budget-friendly.
Destiny Closet
We welcome gently used clothing and shoes for Women, Children, Babies, and Men. Additionally, you can donate Purses, Backpacks, Handbags, Clutches, Tote Bags, Shoulder Bags, Laptop Bags, Hats, Gloves, Ties, Belts, and Wallets. All items must be clean and placed in plastic bags. Donated clothing and shoes may also be sold in our upcoming thrift store. If you would like to donate items, please email us at destinychangers@comcast

We Need Volunteers In he Following Areas

Marketing & Communications: social media, writing, graphic design.

Facilitator/Tutoring/Skills to Pay the Bills.

Assisting with food pantry assisting with picking up food and unloading and assisting with passing out to the community

Fundraising Coordinator- Major gift solicitation, event planning.

Administrative Assistant- general office tasks, data entry, volunteer coordination

Destiny Clothes Closet- sorting donations by size/type, hanging clothes, organizing, restocking, helping clients (personal shopping)

Board Volunteer (1 year) Participate in board and committee meetings, reviewing materials beforehand. Understand the organization's programs, field, and progress. Act in the best interest of the organization, protecting its assets and reputation. Approve budgets, monitor financial health, and ensure proper stewardship of resources. Meetings are held via zoom every 2 months.
